Section 134
Inspection of the accident vehicle
For the purpose of investigating the accident, if it is necessary to inspect the vehicle causing the accident or the vehicle involved in the accident, the concerned police may order such vehicle to be filed before them or may go to the place where such vehicle is located and inspect it.
